Ramen

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of Butter (or sub olive oil)

  • 8 oz. Chicken Breast (can replace with tofu or tempeh, or you can eliminate the protein all together- it will still be delicious, I promise!)

  • 3 tbsp of liquid aminos (I like to use this instead of soy sauce, but soy sauce works just as well)

  • 2 tbsp of Mirin

  • 4 cups of No-Sodium Chicken Stock (can replace with vegetable stock)

  • 8-10 shiitake mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp of Sesame Oil

  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 2 inch piece of ginger, peeled and minced

  • 2 Medium Carrots (Slice into thin pieces, I like to use this amazing veggie slicer for most of my veggies, and it ends up saving sooo much time)

  • 1/2 cup of sliced scallions

  • 2 portions of ramen noodles

  • 2 eggs
